Drone Operations Note

All commercial drone work is performed under FAA Part 107 regulations and is subject to airspace restrictions, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), and local rules. Locations near airports, government facilities, or event venues may prohibit drone flights entirely or require an FAA waiver (approval can take up to 90 days). Drone services are contingent upon final FAA approval and safe operating conditions on the day of the shoot. Creative Aim Media reserves the right to cancel or modify drone services without notice if required by FAA regulations, weather, security concerns, or restricted airspace. Client understands that drone availability cannot be guaranteed and agrees that Creative Aim Media is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to regulatory, safety, or operational restrictions.
