Creative Aim Media is a boutique creative agency specializing in digital and custom creative services (video production, motion graphics, branding, photography, drone cinematography, photobooth rentals, and related deliverables). Most of our work is delivered digitally, but certain physical items may be shipped when applicable (e.g., printed branding materials, promotional merchandise, photobooth prints, or physical proofs provided at client request).
1. Digital Deliveries (Primary Method) The majority of our deliverables—final video files, motion graphics, branded assets, presentation files, social media content packages, edited photos, drone footage, and bilingual materials—are delivered digitally via secure file-sharing links (e.g., Dropbox,
WeTransfer, Google Drive, or our online client platform).

Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days after final approval and full payment, unless otherwise stated in the proposal.

Digital files are provided in industry-standard formats (e.g., MP4, MOV, PDF, PNG, AI, high-res JPG) optimized for your intended use.

No shipping charges apply to digital deliverables.
2. Physical Shipping (When Applicable) Physical items are only shipped if explicitly included in the approved proposal or quote (e.g., printed brochures, business cards, photobooth photo strips, promotional merchandise, or hard-copy proofs).

Shipping Method: We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (method selected based on item size, value, and destination).

Shipping Costs: Client is responsible for all shipping and handling fees unless otherwise agreed in writing. Costs are estimated and quoted upfront in the proposal.

Shipping Time: Standard domestic shipping within the continental United States typically takes 3–7 business days after items are prepared and shipped. Expedited options are available at additional cost if requested. International shipping may take longer and incur customs/duties (client responsibility).

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by the carrier.

Insurance: Optional insurance is available at your expense for high-value shipments.
3. Order Preparation & Processing Physical items are prepared and shipped only after final approval and full payment (or final balance payment) is received. Processing time is typically 3–10 business days depending on item complexity and quantity.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Digital deliverables are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered and approved.

Physical items: Custom creative products (printed materials, branded merchandise, photobooth prints) are made-to-order and non-returnable/non-refundable except in cases of proven defect or our error. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our fault, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for resolution (replacement or credit at our discretion).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities You must provide a valid, complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, customs issues, or refusal of delivery.
