Refund Policy

Creative Aim Media is a boutique creative agency providing custom, made-to-order services such as promotional videos, TV/radio commercials, video production & editing, motion design & animation, branding & identity packages, presentation design, professional photography, photobooth rental, social media content & UGC, aerial drone cinematography, and bilingual materials. Because our work is highly personalized, creative, and begins immediately upon approval and deposit, refunds are limited and follow the guidelines below.

 

1. Deposits All initial deposits (typically 50% of the project total unless otherwise specified in the proposal) are non-refundable once work has commenced. This covers the time, planning, research, concept development, and resources committed at the start of the project.

 

2. Refunds for Cancelled Projects

  • If you cancel before any work begins (prior to deposit payment and approval), no charge applies.

  • If you cancel after deposit payment but before significant work has started (e.g., before concept approval or production begins), we may, at our sole discretion, refund a portion of the deposit minus any time or expenses already incurred (minimum 50% retained).

  • If you cancel after work has progressed (concept approval, storyboarding, shooting, editing, design rounds, etc.), no refunds will be issued for payments made. You will be invoiced for any additional time or third-party costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

 

3. Completed or Delivered Work Once final deliverables are provided (digital files, approved videos, branded assets, edited photos, drone footage, etc.) and accepted (explicit approval or no objections raised within 5 business days), the project is considered complete. No refunds will be issued for completed work, even if you later decide not to use the materials.

 

4. Physical Products & Photobooth Rentals Custom-printed items (e.g., branded merchandise, photobooth prints, hard-copy proofs) and photobooth rental services are made-to-order or event-specific. These are non-refundable once production or the event date is confirmed. If a physical item arrives damaged due to our error, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos; we will arrange replacement or credit at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Revisions & Dissatisfaction Projects include up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions as outlined in the proposal. If the final work does not meet the agreed scope due to our error, we will make reasonable corrections at no additional charge. Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., "I changed my mind" or aesthetic preferences not previously communicated) does not qualify for refund.

 

6. How to Request a Refund or Resolution If you believe a refund situation applies, contact us in writing within 7 days of the relevant event (e.g., cancellation, delivery, receipt of physical item):

We will review your request promptly and respond within 5 business days. All decisions regarding refunds are at our sole discretion and based on the facts of the project.

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank/credit card provider without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of any ongoing work and forfeiture of deliverables. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts through legal means if necessary.
