When you contact us or book a service, we collect what we need to do the work: your name, email, phone number, business name, property address and booking details, plus any messages you send us.

Payments are handled by a secure payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How our website works
Our website uses basic cookies to load pages properly and count visits. They don't identify you personally, and we don't use them for advertising.

How we use your information
We use it to schedule and complete your project, deliver your files, send invoices and receipts, and answer your questions. That's it.

Who we share it with
Only the trusted services that run our booking, payments, website and file delivery, and only what they need to do their job. We never sell, rent or trade your information. We share it with authorities only if the law requires it.

Photos, video and drone flights
Property photos and video may appear in our portfolio, as described in your Services Agreement. Aerial images may show neighboring properties. We don't use aerial footage to identify or track anyone.

How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed for your project and our business and tax records.

 

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email us and we'll take care of it.

 

Children
Our services and website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
