Creative Aim Media started when
Amy Vargas decided to help small and medium businesses grow. With 25 years creating high-end multimedia for federal and private clients, she opened a small boutique agency in Mount Airy, North Carolina. Now she delivers professional videos, corporate identity /branding, motion graphics, and drone work nationwide—at affordable rates—with personal attention and clear communication. Local in-person work and drone projects available within 30 miles of Mount Airy. Will travel upon pre-approved request.

Custom Plan
We send a concise proposal with recommended services, timeline, and clear pricing. You review, ask questions, and choose what fits best — no pressure, just the right solution for your business.
Seamless Collaboration
Once approved, you get instant access to our secure online client portal. Everything — files, feedback, drafts, approvals — stays organized and transparent in one easy place.
Agreement, Payment & Delivery
We finalize a simple agreement covering scope, timeline, revisions (2 rounds included), and final usage rights. Payment is secure through our client portal and handled as follows:

Projects $1,000 and under: full payment required upfront to start.

Projects over $1,000: 50% deposit to begin, balance due on final approval.
When the project is finalized and approved, high-resolution finals are delivered through the portal with full usage rights transferred to you. (Source files, raw footage, and editable project files are not included unless separately agreed upon and paid for as original captured content.)
